Reducing Your Liability Exposure by Strategically Increasing the Effectiveness of Your Employment Law Training will focus on how training of supervisors and employees can be a strategic decision to mitigate risk to their organization by limiting monetary damages to a Company, therefore affecting the Company’s financials. By embracing a work culture that decides to strategically support compliance training for its employees and making this a part of their overall workforce strategic plan, employers can prevent lawsuits and complaints. This session will explain how the combination of employment policies/procedures, harassment reporting, and preventive training work together to prevent employer liability and punitive damages. By implementing training into the workforce and reducing risk, the Human Resource professional can elevate to a business partner in their Company’s organizational structure and showing how this type of training focused on employees is a strategic step.
