If you've never been the recipient of a discrimination charge, kudos to you! If you have, the process can be rather daunting. Ms. Rita Barnes and Ms. Tamara Glover with The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission will be presenting "You've Got A Charge; What Next?" Don't miss this opportunity to hear exactly what you will be responsible for. In addition to reviewing this process, Ms. Barnes and Ms. Glover will also be taking Questions and Answers, and during that time, they have agreed to highlight a couple of recent cases. Names, of course, will be omitted, but the review should be outstanding. So, get ready to put your litigation hat on and join in this presentation.
