Mentorships are important for training and developing a company’s future leaders and inspiring innovative thinkers. This presentation highlights advantages and opportunities for engaging all levels of the chain of command in establishing relationships that support succession plans and overall company success.

Dr. Rhonda Harrington was born & raised in Hot Springs, AR and graduated from Hot Springs High School. All her further degrees are in education with her Doctorate in Instruction, Curriculum & Leadership from The University of Memphis. Dr. Harrington has served in the Assistant and Associate Professor roles at both Arkansas State University in Jonesboro and Henderson State University in Arkadelphia. The scope of responsibilities included teaching, student advisement, presenting at local, state, national & international conferences, and being the lead in specific accreditations for the education program. Currently, Rhonda is working with husband, Neal, in their locally owned business, Express Employment Professionals. She focuses on small and large group Client Training, based on her experience, background and curriculum development expertise.

IN PERSON LOCATION: Ouachita Behavioral Health & Wellness Conference Center (125 Wellness Way, Hot Springs, AR 71913 - located off of Higdon Ferry). Meeting attendees should park in the lower parking lot, which is near the conference center.

One hour of SHRM PDC & HRCI is approved.
