DEI…..Are we doing enough? How do we do a deeper dive into becoming a truly equitable and inclusive organization? Where does it start? How does it start? Is building a business case or creating ERGs enough? Is there something more that each of us need to do more on a personal level to learn, engage, and share in practical ways? Is there a subconscious need to put everyone into a category so that we are more comfortable? What about Intersectionality? In this session, we will explore ways to build a truly inclusive culture, where our team members are inadvertently forced to choose just one part of who they are and how this will impact productivity and engagement within our organizations.
