Lin J. Little, SPHR
Lin was employed with Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield from 1985 to 2017 as a HR Project Leader. Lin has also served as an Adjunct Faculty member with Webster University since 1991 in human resources, human resource development, health systems, and management.
Lin earned her Master of Arts degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication. Lin became certified in emotional intelligence 2008. She is currently enrolled in the College of Executive Coaching and has been certified as a MBTI Practitioner since 2012.
Lin’s volunteer activities include being a member of the Human Resources Certification Institute Exam Development Panels from 1998 to 2010, Chair of the Board for the Central Arkansas Human Resources Association in 2008, a member of the Society for Human Resource Management HRD Committee in 2000 – 2003, Programs Chair for the 2003 Arkansas State HR Conference, Arkansas SHRM State Conference Chair in 2000, Arkansas State Council Director 1996 – 1999, Chapter President of the Little Rock SHRM chapter in 1994 and 1995, Member of the SHRM Area IV Board 1993 – 2001 and Member of SHRM Corporate Social Responsibility Panel 2006 – 2009.
Lin’s civic and community volunteer activities include being a Commissioner of Suburban Improvement District 2002 – 2011 and President 2003 – 2011, Member of the Arkansas AIDS Foundation Board in 2008, Chair of the American Heart Association Board in Little Rock in 2000 and Board Member from 1997 – 2005, Logistics Chair of the American Heart Association Heart Ball 2002 – 2005, Commissioner of the City Beautiful Commission 1993-1998, Chair in 1994 and Vice Chair in 1997 and Graduate of Leadership Greater Little Rock in 1993.
